Refunds & deletion

A confirmed refund or payment dispute revokes access to the related Full List or preparation session. A preparation refund can be requested from the task page only when the session has not delivered a report and generation is not running; requesting it closes generation and access. Full List deletion only removes the saved list and does not submit a refund request. Refund timing depends on the payment provider. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
